- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪From what Pam tells me, some animals don't survive very long at The Animal House. After live trapping a pet rat and seeking some type of humane assistance from them because albinos don't generally make it in the wild, Pam informed me that it likely wouldn't last long there either, they feed most of their rats to their snakes. Thru her laughter, she said I was more than welcome to bring it to them, tho. If I had wanted to kill the rat, why would I had live trapped it? This employee "Pam", isn't the type of person that should be working with pets.July 15, 2017by Matt Holley
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm posting this review for my mom. She left her cat there for boarding for 2 nights. When she came back to pick him up, the cat was howling from the very back. They left the cat in the SAME room with the dogs. The dogs were barking at the cat. He wouldn't eat unless the guy was in the same room. The dogs were probably on edge the entire time too (looking at a cat). Anyone who knows animals (or has a business for animals), you know you don't leave strange cats or dogs in the same room.April 10, 2017by Cole Lusby
