  Staff is extremely rude not to mention my mife wife has 60 days until her due date when they drop her for missing a single appointment due to a family emergency.

  If you're having trouble with your cycle, hormones, etc.. this is NOT the place to go. They will ridicule you. Mrs Barbara was extremely rude and mean spirited. Not once but twice, insisted on not doing my exam. (I hadn't had one in 7 yrs) and I have no idea why she didn't want to do it! I went for an exam, I have had problems with my cycle for over two years, and I don't what's going on with my body. I went there in hopes of getting some relief, I cramp for 3 weeks a month, I'm in pain over half the time because of my cycle, and it's caused other problems over the years, in which I made a list of the problems that I have been experiencing in these years, all of which came about with the painful periods, I showed this list to her and she proceeded with the door open, read aloud each of the top lines and btwn each one scowled at me saying "we don't treat that" . All with the DOOR OPEN, and then told me that I didn't have to get the exam. I said I need one, I haven't had one since the last time she did it 7 yrs ago. At this time, the other girl closed the door. I trusted these people, I refused to go anywhere else, I am not comfortable with drs and I had already been there, so when I found out that they took my insurance, I made apt, because I trusted her.. She made me feel like I had done something wrong. I have never been treated with such disrespect and made to feel so ignorant and insecure. I have no idea what is going on, she didn't say anything to me about the exam, just said get blood work done before you leave and I heard the door close. She was gone. I had questions, fears, concerns. I came home and started bleeding. . Idk why or if it's normal but I don't feel comfortable going back. Idk what to do. I don't like going to new or different drs. I developed a fear of drs at a young age, because of a dr who no longer practices, not related to my experience. But I was a guinea pig at age 12, having anti depression pills shoved in my throat cuz my step mom told the dr she worked for that I was depressed, but I wasn't, I was a little sad, my dad was dying of cancer. I didn't know any better then. Now I have to take a pill everyday to replace the natrual chemicals in my brain that were depleted by taking medicine I didn't need. The stepmom was diagnosed bipolar, but I was the one they shoved pills at.!! I was 14 when she got pregnant, so they made me get on birth control pills, I told them, I'm not sexually active, I've never had a period. She insisted that the dr give bcp and I was forced to take them, and I started my period when the pills said I would. My experience with drs is that they only want to push pills and get rid of you. I felt that small back story was appropriate for you all to be able to understand how vital that appointment was to me and how much courage it took for me to make the call, much less go inside. I had the utmost respect for this office. They were great to me during my pregnancy, I guess now I know, unless you are with child, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
